How long does it take to receive my order?

At Carallor, we prepare your orders with love no later than 24 hours after their validation. Orders placed after 6 p.m. on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Note that the delivery time may be extended during promotional offers, holiday periods or exceptional events.
What happens if I am not at home to receive my jewellery?
Do not panic, the size of our package is small enough to be dropped in your mailbox. We deliver in reinforced envelopes of size 20*27cm.
I made a mistake in the delivery address, what should I do?
In the event that your order has not yet been sent, we invite you to contact us via contact@carallor.com as soon as possible in order to update your delivery information.
Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no more modifications can be made.

We use a variety of high quality materials for our jewelry including gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, pearls and crystals.
Are your jewels guaranteed?
We guarantee that all of our jewelry is of the highest quality and free from manufacturing defects. If you have a problem with your jewelry, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
How can I care for my jewelry?
We recommend regularly cleaning your jewelry with a soft cloth to keep it clean and shiny. Avoid wearing your jewelry during baths, showers, swimming in the sea or the swimming pool to preserve their quality.
Are your jewelry eco-friendly?
We are committed to protecting the environment and we use sustainable materials for our jewelry whenever possible. We also work with suppliers who share our environmental values.
PAYMENT
Is your site secure?
Our site is 100% secure.
We protect your data using an HTTPS server with an SSL certificate (green padlock to the left of the URL).
Most sites only secure banking transactions and everything related to the payment of orders. On Carallor, the transfer of your data and your login information are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.
Finally, regarding the payment, we use Clearpay and Shopify Payments which are the references in terms of security of transactions on the Internet.
So you can shop on our store without any worries.
What payment methods are available?
You can make your purchases with your bank card. We do not accept bank cheques, transfers or payments upon receipt.

You can pay for your pretty jewelry in 3 installments from 50 euros of purchase! This option will be offered to you systematically during payment, and you just have to tick the corresponding box so that your payments are spread over the following 3 months π
I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do?
We offer you a "satisfied or refunded" guarantee.
If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition - therefore never worn - and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage will then need to be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

RETURN & REFUND
Can I return a jewel if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please see our return policy for more information.
How do I ship returned items?
For instructions on how to ship returned products, refer to the email received after submitting the return request.
Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Cannot be taken back any parcel for which no element makes it possible to identify the sender (surname, first name, address, order number).
